Capacity Building Partners

An ongoing initiative, skills development of the QLA team and its Board of Directors is a component of several donor programs, to enable QLA to continuously improve its’ capacity to serve its target group and become a sustainable organisation for the long term.

Participating partners include:

The McKnight Foundation – funding for several capacity building and training initiatives for QLA and its Board members, QLA’s first ever strategic planning workshop and its first independent external financial audit (by Ernst & Young Lao Ltd, July 2015).

USAID/TEAM project – funding for several training initiatives for QLA and its Board members.

KOICA – funding for skills development for the QLA team.
